 2026 NESPRA Corporate Partner Opportunities

The New England School Public Relations Association (NESPRA) welcomes corporate partnerships to support our annual conference, networking and professional development opportunities, and operations.

The chapter has maintained membership of about 130-140 members annually. NESPRA hosts an annual conference each spring with roughly 100 attendees. Please email president@ne-spra.org to inquire about a corporate partnership.

Please note that all partnerships are subject to a final agreement between the corporate partner and the chapter to be formalized in writing. Certain items listed here may change if mutually agreed upon.

Platinum ($8,000) (Limited to 1 per year)

Spring Conference Opportunities

• Host two (2) in-person professional development sessions at the annual conference

• Address attendees at the evening mixer (5 minutes)

• Address attendees during the conference opening remarks (5 minutes), followed by acknowledgement by President during opening remarks

• Four conference registration badges ($660 value)

• Breakfast and lunch for your four representatives

• Provide four items for the raffles, including branded items; a company representative can call name of the winner during one of the raffle drawings

• A copy of the conference attendee list with email addresses

• A full-page advertisement in the event program

• Exhibitor table

Year-Round Chapter Opportunities (Through January 2027)

• Opportunity to host two (2) virtual professional development webinars that will be advertised by the chapter

• Access to NESPRA membership contact list with email addresses

• High-res company logo on the NESPRA website

• High-res company logo to appear in four chapter electronic newsletters

• Opportunity to submit content for three posts on NESPRA’s closed Facebook page and public LinkedIn page

Gold ($5,000) (Limited to 2)

Spring Conference Opportunities

• The opportunity to host one (1) in-person professional development session at the annual conference for an additional $500.

• Address conference attendees (5 minutes)

• Three conference registration badges ($495 value)

• Breakfast and lunch for your three representatives

• Provide at least one item for the raffles; a company representative can call name of the winner during one of the raffle drawings

• Acknowledgement by President during opening remarks

• A copy of the conference attendee list with email addresses

• Logo to appear in event program

• Exhibitor table 

Year-Round Chapter Opportunities (Through January 2027)

Chapter Opportunities

• Host one virtual professional development webinar that will be advertised by the chapter for an additional $500.

• Access to NESPRA membership contact list with email addresses

• Presence on NESPRA website with small high-res logo and link to website

• Logo to appear in an issue of the NESPRA newsletter 

Bronze ($1,000) (Limited to 2)

• One conference registration badge ($165 value)

• Breakfast and lunch for your representative attending the conference

• Exhibitor table
